Emergy is contributing to the structural development of emerging and future markets, following the overall concept of sustainable development to preserve natural resources for further generations. Every country must promote economic development that is balanced and sustainable. However, many countries face constraints such as laws and regulations, a lack of experienced human resources for pollution prevention planning and implementing programmes, or a lack of financing for environmentally sound technologies. Since 1996, Emergy and its development association CENTRIC Austria offer consulting services to bridge such gaps. Due to its expertise and record of successes in this field, CENTRIC has been selected by the EU, UN and numerous governmental organisations around the globe to plan and implement projects to promote sustainable industrial development. CENTRIC services also cover management development such as corporate organisational reform, management systems improvement, and planning for technical trainings.
