Wolfgang W. Weissel is co-founder of WWP, which was renamed into EMERGY in 2007. He is Managing Director of CENTRIC Austria International©, a training provider and technical consultancy for resource efficiency and sustainable development in emerging and developing countries. He implemented numerous projects for the European Union, the UN and other international institutions in Emergy's target countries and gained know-how and excellent access to decision makers around the globe. Wolfgang developed his expertise working for STENUM GmbH, an internationally acting consultancy, working as operating manager for Samartex Ldt. in Ghana and as works manager for a timber processing company in Chile.
As technical engineer he is responsible for EMERGY's industrial development projects and for technical and strategic corporate consulting.
