Christian Schmidradner is an Austrian entrepreneur with extensive consulting experience in large and medium sized international management consulting companies, who has been living in the Philippines since 2009. Christian has proven experience in management and team leadership, consulting methodologies, entrepreneurship and business development for international and multicultural projects.
He has gained a strong knowledge in strategy and feasibility projects, business plan development, reorganization, outsourcing, shared services and transaction banking project during his working experience in Europe and Asia. Christian supports the preparation and execution of market entries including activities from local market research to the set-up of local companies or interim management services. He also developed an valuable network in the Philippines.
